Applause for Women in Engineering

PrimECS, in commemoration of Women's History Month, stands at the forefront of honoring the trailblazers in Engineering while applauding the relentless spirit of our female professionals who fearlessly navigate uncharted territories. With a resounding commitment to diversity, 75% of our esteemed staff and 60% of our engineering workforce are women. Yvette Umuhire Mukeshimana, an Office Engineer, epitomizes this ethos as she swiftly ascended from intern to a pivotal force in our team, contributing her expertise to the seamless execution of large-scale projects spanning roads, railways, and bridges across the USA.

In sync with the United Nations' historic resolution of 1975, Women's History Month serves as a beacon of recognition for the profound contributions of women in fields historically dominated by men. Yet, these contributions were often undervalued. At PrimECS, we seize this moment to honor the resilience and brilliance of women who have shaped engineering and construction landscapes. March not only symbolizes a time to celebrate their achievements but also underscores our unwavering commitment to dismantling gender biases and championing inclusivity.

As the world pays homage to the achievements and resilience of women, PrimECS proudly joins the chorus, amplifying the voices of those who've paved the way. Women's History Month transcends mere celebration; it's a testament to the enduring spirit of women in engineering, construction, and beyond. With every project we undertake and every milestone we achieve, PrimECS reaffirms its pledge to foster an environment where women thrive, inspire, and lead by example, ensuring a brighter, more equitable future for all.
