Founded in 2018, PrimECS, LLC is a Construction Engineering and Construction Management consulting company with a mission to solve staffing and expertise shortage problems for infrastructure developers and builders, who, under tight deadlines, spend lots of time and money, to build a hard-to-find and qualified team. PrimECS fully owns The Master Builder Academy.

The team spends the time necessary in the planning phase to develop a project profile and identify the clarifications needed before the start of the project. We make sure the client confirms assumptions, agrees to the design planning/analysis process and provides constructability requirements in the early phases. Once the necessary decisions are made, the team works with the client to develop milestones and coordination hold points to keep track of progress and address any other issues.
Aware of the critical role we play in our client’s progress, we build contingencies in our plan so that, if necessary, we can easily develop a course of action to restore the schedule. Our team remains available after the design phase to address and promptly resolve issues during the construction process.
